Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Chandler served as a law clerk to the then Presiding Criminal Judge Edward Coleman and to the then Presiding Civil Judge Harriet E. Currently, Ms. Chandler handles a variety of legal practices. She is intimately involved in handling an array of the following type of matters/issues: Residential and Commercial real estate transactions, Breach of Contract, Municipal Court criminal and traffic, personal injury for Plaintiffs, Landlord/Tenant and general litigation. Ms. Chandler is known for zealously representing her clients.
Ms. Chandler has managed various types of high profile accounts and has experience in representing clients in high stakes and sophisticated product liability, toxic tort, wrongful death, personal injury and premises liability matters. Ms. Chandler represented various manufacturers of equipment, suppliers and contractors. She was involved in all aspects of litigation including but not limited to, conducting discovery depositions, drafting successful dispositive and in limine motions, retaining and working with experts and appearing in court. Ms. Chandler also has experience in working on a variety of other toxic tort matters including lead paint litigation, as well as other insurance defense and general liability matters in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey.
