Sylvia K. Chandler graduated from Rutgers College, Rutgers University in 2001 and New York Law School in 2004.  Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Chandler served as a law clerk to the then Presiding Criminal Judge Edward Coleman and to the then Presiding Civil Judge Harriet E. Derman both in the Somerset County Courthouse, Superior Court of New Jersey.

Currently, Ms. Chandler handles a variety of legal practices.  She is intimately involved in handling an array of the following type of matters/issues: Residential and Commercial real estate transactions, Breach of Contract, Municipal Court criminal and traffic, personal injury for Plaintiffs, Landlord/Tenant and general litigation.   Ms. Chandler is known for zealously representing her clients.

Ms. Chandler has managed various types of high profile accounts and has experience in representing clients in high stakes and sophisticated product liability, toxic tort, wrongful death, personal injury and premises liability matters.  Ms. Chandler represented various manufacturers of equipment, suppliers and contractors.  She was involved in all aspects of litigation including but not limited to, conducting discovery depositions, drafting successful dispositive and in limine motions, retaining and working with experts and appearing in court. Ms. Chandler also has experience in working on a variety of other toxic tort matters including lead paint litigation, as well as other insurance defense and general liability matters in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey.

David A. Chandler has been litigating complex personal injury cases in New York, concentrating on mesothelioma and lung cancer, since 2001. He handles all aspects of asbestos cases in both state and federal courts, from initially meeting the clients through trial. A tenacious litigator, David has secured verdicts and settlements from reckless corporations responsible for injuring his clients. Known for his compassion and ability to uniquely bond with the individuals and families he represents, he achieves optimal results in every case. David, a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Union County Bar Association.  He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York, New Jersey and the United States District Courts for New Jersey and the Southern District of New York.

Monica D. Yates is a dedicated real estate attorney with over two decades of legal experience. She is a graduate of Rutgers College, Rutgers University (Class of 2000) and earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2004.

Following law school, Ms. Yates served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Reed, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, where she worked in both Somerset and Hunterdon County Courthouses. 

Currently practicing at Chandler Law LLC, Ms. Yates focuses on real estate transactions, including residential purchases and sales, commercial real estate matters, and REO (real estate owned) properties. She is known for her hands-on approach, treating each transaction with meticulous attention and care. Ms. Yatesprioritizes client relationships, working closely with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth and transparent transaction from start to finish.

Her commitment to advocacy and communication ensures that her clients are not only protected, but also fully informed and actively involved throughout the process. Ms. Yates takes pride in fostering a team-oriented approach, making sure that all professionals involved in a transaction are aligned and working collaboratively toward her clients' goals.

Ms. Yates is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and is licensed to practice throughout New Jersey.
